Terms of Service

By using Storycoin (storycoin.tasend.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Storycoin lets you create characters, generate short AI story videos about them, and post those videos to your own TikTok account. You can also launch an optional coin for a character on the Base network. Storycoin is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok.

Your account

You must be allowed to use TikTok and must only connect TikTok accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for all activity through your connected account and your wallet.

Posting to TikTok

• Videos are only posted when you press Post. Before posting you choose the caption, who can view the video, and whether comments, duets and stitches are allowed.
• Videos are posted directly to your TikTok profile with the settings you chose. TikTok may take a few minutes to process a video before it appears.
• You must disclose commercial content using the disclosure setting when it applies.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the characters, stories and videos you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to generate, store and send them to TikTok for you.
• You confirm that what you post follows TikTok's Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, where relevant, Branded Content Policy.
• AI-generated videos are labelled as AI-generated content when posted.

Acceptable use

Do not use Storycoin to create or post spam, illegal content, content that impersonates real people, content you do not have rights to, or to get around TikTok's limits or rules. We may suspend access for misuse.

Coins

Coins are launched and traded on a public blockchain from your own wallet. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, prices can go to zero, and nothing on Storycoin is financial advice.

Limits and availability

TikTok limits how many videos each account can post per day and may reject videos that do not meet its requirements. We cannot guarantee that every video will be generated or published, and the service may be unavailable from time to time.

Disclaimer and liability

Storycoin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any action TikTok takes on your account or content.

Ending use

You can stop using Storycoin at any time by disconnecting TikTok in the app and revoking access in TikTok. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice.
